Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Jaipur Cotton tags attached before securely packing it in the original packaging.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5 business days.
